The Colonial Market Fair wouldn't be a success without dedication from people like you. If you, or someone you know, has an interest in lending their time or their 18th century skills and expertise, please contact us by filling in the form below.



Reenactors and Musicians
Costumed colonial re-enactors, craftsmen, and musicians are needed to immerse visitors in the sights and sounds of the 18th century. Past participants included, but were not limited to, a fife and drum corp, a candle maker, tobacco farmer, and a blacksmith. If you have an 18th century skill you would like to share with our visitors, please fill-in the form below. Include your name, contact information, and skill.
Volunteers
Volunteers assist our visitors and historical interpreters with navigating the fair. If you would like to volunteer, please fill-in the form below. Include your name, contact information, desired task and time slot. Students aged 14 and older in need of Student Service Learning hours are encouraged to apply.
Tasks include:
* Setup/breakdown (erecting tents, signs, tables and chairs; may require lifting up to 20lbs)
* Assist with children's crafts and games
* Parking lot attendants
* Photographers and videographers
* Greeters
* Vegetable and herb garden docents
* Gophers (assist where help is needed)

Friday, June 10 (tent/table setup)
10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 11
8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. (assist with setup)
10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 12
10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (tent breakdown/cleanup)
